Purchase Terms and Conditions
When you place an order to purchase products and services through the site or the store, you agree to follow and be bound by these purchase terms and conditions.

We may refuse or cancel orders.

While we will use our best efforts to fulfill all orders, we cannot guarantee the availability of any particular product displayed on the site or in the store. We reserve the right to discontinue the sale of any product listed at any time without notice. The receipt of an order number or an email order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. We reserve the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or to refuse service to any customer. We may require verification of information before accepting an order (valid ID).

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

All sales are final; no refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Special orders are not subject to cancellations.

All claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

The store is not liable for any damages after the furniture is picked up by the customer if the customer chooses pick-up.

The store is not responsible for the furniture boxes, plastic bags, or foam after the delivery or pickup.

All floor models are sold as is.

OTHER SITUATIONS

If the store decides to proceed with a refund, a 35% restocking fee will be deducted.

If an item you have special ordered is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you the option to either wait for the item to become available or cancel the order. However, once the item has been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.
